The goal of the project is the establishment of organizational, program and personnel conditions for the functioning of RCK Panonika. Program conditions are created by modernizing existing educational programs and creating a new occupational standard, qualifications and curriculum, and personnel conditions are ensured by organizing specialized education and study trips intended for teaching staff.

Modern equipment procured through the project and modernized education programs enable the introduction of innovative teaching methods and learning models, i.e. work-based learning, which will contribute to a more effective inclusion of participants in the labor market, as well as better vertical mobility for continuing education.

Establishment of the organization of work and development of the regional center of competence

By implementing activities within this element, a functional organizational structure will be created that will enable the quality functioning of RCK in the implementation of vocational programs, adult education, lifelong education, networking of stakeholders related to the improvement of education and promotion of agricultural occupations. A functional organizational structure will also enable continuous programmatic, infrastructural and personnel development of RCK.

Development, improvement and implementation of regular vocational education programs and formal and informal programs for adult education in RCK Panonika

By implementing activities within this element, modernized new and existing vocational programs, adult education programs and lifelong education programs will be created, which will enable modern teaching based on practical work and modern teaching methods.

Strengthening the competencies of educational workers related to the implementation of regular vocational education programs, i.e. formal and informal programs for adult education

The implementation of activities within this element creates the necessary personnel conditions for the implementation of modernized vocational programs, adult education programs and lifelong education programs that will enable modern teaching based on practical work and modern learning methods.

Promotion of vocational occupations and work of RCK Panonika

The implementation of activities within this element promotes the work of RCK Panonika and the opportunities it provides in vocational education, employability after obtaining qualifications and connecting employers and participants of RCK. The above contributes to the functioning of RCK in accordance with the set development goals as well as its mission and vision.
